These terms govern your use of Triumph Educare's tutoring services and website. By booking a session with us, you agree to these terms.
1. About Triumph Educare
Triumph Educare is a brand of PrimeMinds Educare Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"), offering private, 1:1 tutoring for IB, IGCSE, and standardised test preparation (SAT, ACT, UK admission tests, IELTS, GMAT, GRE and Math Olympiads) to families across Mumbai, delivered in-home or online.
2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing our website, booking a consultation, or enrolling in any Triumph Educare program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
3. Enrolment and eligibility
Enrolment is subject to a personal consultation and tutor-matching process. We reserve the right to decline enrolment or discontinue services at our discretion, including where a suitable tutor match cannot be found for a student's board, subject, or schedule.
4. Fees and payment
- Fees for tutoring packages are communicated directly to parents/guardians following the initial consultation and are payable in advance of sessions, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Prices are subject to change; any change will not affect fees already paid for a current package.
- Payment is due as per the schedule agreed at enrolment. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of sessions.
5. Scheduling and rescheduling
Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement between the family and the assigned tutor. We ask for as much notice as possible for rescheduling requests. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be treated as a completed session at our discretion — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
6. Tutor conduct and replacement
Every tutor is vetted through our screening process before joining. If a family is not satisfied with a tutor match, we will work to find a suitable replacement at no additional cost, as outlined on our website.
7. Code of conduct
We expect courteous, respectful conduct from students, parents, and tutors alike during all interactions. Triumph Educare reserves the right to discontinue services to any family or terminate any tutor relationship in cases of misconduct, harassment, or abuse.
8. Intellectual property
All course materials, worksheets, mock papers, and resources provided by Triumph Educare remain our intellectual property (or that of our tutors/licensors) and are provided for the enrolled student's personal use only. They may not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed without our written permission.
9. No guarantee of results
As set out in our Disclaimer, we do not guarantee specific grades, scores, or university admission outcomes. Our commitment is to provide qualified, dedicated tutoring support.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific package or session giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
Either party may discontinue services with reasonable written notice. Fees for sessions already delivered are non-refundable; fees for undelivered sessions are handled per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
